To son Edward and heirs, personalty and all interest in certain tenements in the city of London, Eng.

To sisters Martha, Eliza: and Margaret, personalty [i.e., personal property].

To son Richard, 200 acres, part of 700 acres, “Greenland" in the freshes of the Patuxent. (For description see will).

To son John at 21 yrs. of age and heirs, 200 acres, part of "Greenland" afsd. (For description see will).

To dau. Martha and heirs, 200 acres, part of “Clegett's Forest" Baltimore Co.

To son Charles and heirs, 400 acres, part of "Clegett's Forest”.

To son George and heirs, 400 acres, residue of "Clegett's Forest."

In event of death of son Richard without issue, son John to inherit his portion, and vice versa; both dying without issue, their share to pass to son Thomas.

In event of death of dau. Martha, son Charles or son George, survivor or survivors to inherit deceased's portions.

To dau. Eliza, wife of William Wadsworth, personalty.

To wife Sarah, extx., and heirs, remainder of tract of land bought of Col. Ninian Beall, part of which was sold to

Jas Veitch, dec'd, which is to be sold for payment of debt.

To brother Richard Clagett, dwelling plantation bought of Jno. Veitch; “Clagett's Design” and residue of “Greenland," 300 acres; also testator's portion of land in St. Leonardstown, alias Canterbury, on St. Leonards Ck.; and lease of certain tracts of land held from Chas. Carroll.
