Will first day of March 1815 William Beazley and Henry Beazley
This indenture made the first day of March 1815 between William Beazley acting Exec'r of Ephraim Beazley said dec'd of the one part and Henry Beazley of the other part, whereas the said Ephraim Beazley deceased by his last will and testament in writing dated the 7th day of December 1789, amongst other things directed his executors after the death of his wife, Winnie Beasley, to sell his estate both real and personal, and whereas, at the sale of the estate of the said Ephraim Beazley dec'd the above named Henry Beazley became the purchaser of 200 acres of land for the sum of nine hundred and fifteen Dollars (which land was formerly purchased of George French by the said Ephraim Beazley now deceased) also 11 1/2 acres of land for the sum of fifty one dollars and seventy five cents (bring part of a tract of land formerly purchased of John Dawson by the said Ephraim Beasley deceased.
Now this indenture witnesseth that the said William Beasley exec'tr aforesaid, in consideration of the sum of six hundred and fifteen Dollars and seventy five cents, to him in hand paid by the said Henry Beazley, at or before the unsealing and delivery of these presents, (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) hath bargained and sold under and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the said Harry Beasley his heirs and assigns forever, the above mentioned two hundred and sixteen & a half acres of land lying in Spotsylvania County, and bounded as follows, to wit,
Beginning at a red oak corner to William Beasley on the north side of the road, leading from Abraham Parker's to Ginny's bridges, that's down the several courses of the said road to a hickory and red oak sampling on the North side thereof corner to Charles McCalley, thence North 22 3/4 East 107 poles two large White oaks on the west side of a branch, corner to Henry Beasley jr, thence down the meanders of the said branch to the mouth thereof on the south side of the river unk corner to the side Henry Beazley Jr thence up the meanders of the said River to the mouth of a branch called Brown's branch, thence up the meanders of the said Branch to a red oak, corner to Henry Beazley, thence seven degrees and 111 poles to a red oak sapling on the north side of the above-mentioned road corner to the said Henry Beasley thence down the said road to the beginning containing 216 +/- acres. together with all improvements, woods, ways, watercourse, profits and advantages whatsoever to the said tracts or parcels of land belonging or in any ways appertaining.
To have and to hold the said tracts or parcels of land, unto the said Henry Beasley his heirs and a sign forever, (to and for the only proper use and school of him they said Henry Beasley is heirs and the signs forever) and the said William Beazley exe'r as aforesaid, by virtue of the power vested in him, by the will of the said Ephraim Beasley dec'd the part of said here in before mentioned, with all and singular it's a purchases on to the said Henry Beasley by his heirs and assigns, from and against the claim or claims of all persons whatsoever, shell and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
In witness where of the said William Beasley exec'r as a four said half here on to set his hand and seal the day and the year first before written.

At a court held for Spotsylvania County the sixth day of March 1815. This deed for land from William Beasley executor of Ephraim Beasley deceased to Henry Beasley was proved by the oaths of Charles Beasley and John McKinney witnesses thereto. And at a court held for Spotsylvania County the third day of November 1873. This deed was fully proved by the oaths of William Beasley Jr another witness thereto and ordered to be recorded.
