Know all men are these presents that I Cornelius Beazley of Greene County and State of Kentucky have made ordained constituted and appointed and by these presents do make ordain constitute and appoint Thomas Beazley of Culpeper County the State of Virginia my heir and lawful attorney for me and in my name to ask demand sue for recover and receive all and every part of the balance of my legacy due me under the will of my father William Beazley and also all the interest I am entitled to of properly that my mother Ellis Beasley was left by my Father a life interest in (that is to say after her death, hereby ratifying and confirming all that such said attorney shall do herein by virtue hereof in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 6th day of December 1826.
