Hismark was recorded on January 3, 1723 (Page 112 Charles County Liber L No2; Charles County Land Records 1722-1733. Charles County Deed Book 0#3, page 467: I, Edward Milstead Sr. of Charles County, Maryland for the love that Ihave for my son, Edward Milstead of the same county, I give my said son,a tract of land called Nonsuch, lying in Charles County, bounded byLamberts Valley, Pointon Creek, containing about 100 acres. Also, part ofanother tract of land in Charles County, and adjoining the aforesaid landcalled the Two Loving Brothers, containing about 119 acres.
