Thomas Claggett 1671 Maryland
Samuel Claggett, the fourth great-grandson of immigrant Richard Claggett, married two sisters, Lucy and Julia, daughters of Thomas and Kesia (Wilson) Sanford. I am descended from first cousins Ruth Matella Claggett and Luther Sanford Beasley. They were married 20 Aug 1882 in Lexington, McLean County, Illinois.
They had seven children.
Due to the large number of descendants, the line of descent below is abbreviated.
